Daddy Pig: Now?!

Peppa and George: Now! Yay!
Daddy Pig: Okay! Peppa, George, grab the hospital bag and prepare sandwiches! I'll go get my favorite toy and book!

Peppa: Yes, captain Daddy!
Mummy Pig: I'll call Granny and Grandpa.

Mummy Pig: Hello, mum! I think it's time!
Granny and Grandpa: (cheering)
Granny Pig: We're on our way!

(car beeping)
Narrator: Granny and Grandpa Pig are already waiting at the hospital.

Granny Pig: Right then, Peppa and George. Let's get right back to our house, and leave Mummy and Daddy to it, shall we?

Peppa: But I want to stay and help with the baby.
Mummy Pig: I'm sorry, Peppa, but this could take hours. And we need you to look after George.
Daddy Pig: We'll call as soon as the baby is born.
Peppa: Okay then.

Peppa and George: (laughing)
Peppa: Come on, George!

Narrator: Peppa and George are staying with Granny and Grandpa Pig, while the baby is born.

Peppa: (sad) I want to be with Mummy.
Granny Pig: Oh, sweetheart. Tell you what, while we wait for Daddy to call, I could tell you about the time Mummy was born.
Peppa: Oh yeah! You're Mummy's mummy.
Granny Pig: (chuckles) That's right! So, let's see. We waited for ages for the baby to come. And then, someday, she couldn't wait to meet us! So we drove to the hospital!

Grandpa Pig: Good grief! That was fast!
Peppa and George: (laughing)
Granny Pig: So we went inside the hospital.
Grandpa Pig: Here we are! Oh-ho-ho!
Granny Pig: And we met the doctor and mid-wife.
Peppa: Hello! I'm the doctor and this is me wife.
George: Hi!
Peppa, George and Granny Pig: (laughing)
Granny Pig: Hello!
(phone ringing)
Granny Pig: Oh!
Grandpa Pig: Oooh! That'll be Daddy Pig!
Granny Pig: (picks up the phone) Hello, Daddy Pig!
Male voice: Hello, we heard you got a plumbing accident!
Granny Pig: Oh! Have we?
Male voice: I dunno. Have you?
Granny Pig: No?
(the phone hangs up)
(dial tone)
Granny Pig: Oh! How rude!
Peppa and George: (laughing)
Granny Pig: Anyway, what was I saying?
Grandpa Pig: The doctor and mid-wife made you very comfortable.
Peppa: This way, please!
George: (laughing)
Peppa and George: Comfy, comfy, comfy.
Granny Pig: Yes, sort of like that. (chuckles)
(phone ringing)
Peppa and George: (gasping)
Grandpa Pig: (picks up the phone)
Grandpa Pig: Yes?
Female voice: Hello, Mr. Pug!
Grandpa Pig: Mr. Pug?
Female voice: Are you happy with your phone deal?
Grandpa Pig: My what? Uh, not now, thank you.
(hangs up the phone)
Peppa and George: (laughing)
Granny Pig: Anyway, soon it was time for the baby to be born. And we went to the birthing room with the mid-wife. Come on George!
George: (laughing)
Granny Pig: And your mummy was born!
George: It's dinosaur! Grrr!
(all laughing)
(phone ringing)
Granny Pig: Right, I've had enough of these sales calls!
(phone picks up)
Granny Pig: We don't need double glazing, our plumbing is fine, and we are the pigs, not the pugs, goodbye!
(hangs up the phone)
(dial tone)
Daddy Pig: Oh.
Grandpa Pig: Uh, you don't suppose that was actually them?
Peppa and Granny Pig: (gasping)
(phone ringing)
All: Hello?
Daddy Pig: Good news, everyone! Mummy Pig is tired, but well! And we have a healthy, baby girl!
(all cheering)
Granny Pig: She's here!
Peppa: We have a little sister, George!
Narrator: Peppa and George are so excited to have a new baby sister, and tomorrow, they'll get to meet her!
