Bio[]
The Narrator is an unseen overarching person in the Peppa Pig series and is the one who narrates the show. He is usually heard in every episode where he states even the obvious. He is played by John Sparkes.
The Narrator is also present in Peppa Pig Tales, with the difference being that now he is played by Wayne Forester who provided the voice of Roly Mo and Rockit in the Children's BBC Show The Fimbles and The Roly Mo Show.
Trivia[]
- He is usually heard as a third-person narrator, but in some episodes, like The Dentist and Chloé's Big Friends, he sometimes speaks as a second-person narrator, addressing the viewers pieces of advice.
- He is not omniscient, as in some episodes he himself questions things, like for example where something went.
- At the end of most episodes, he often says "____ loves ____, everyone loves _____!" even if some characters don't like the said thing.
- He shouts whenever a loud noise is heard in episodes.
- He mistakenly pronounces Peppa as pepper in a few episodes, due to his accent.
- He rarely speaks in a disappointed tone.
- Whenever something bad happens, he usually says "oh dear", or "oh no".
