She is debut in Dinosaur Party! and debut in Granny Sheep Moves In, debut in Cardboard Boxes. In the free time, she usually been playing with her granddaughter Suzy Sheep and her friends. Same as Mummy Sheep, if is unknown if she have suppose or married so Suzy Sheep grandfather not mentioned

- Granny Sheep has a habit of calling both Peppa and Suzy her "little lambs", despite Peppa being a pig.
- She is one of the few characters to have been redesigned since their debut. Noteably, her old design as seen in Dinosaur Party was much more simplistic; it reused a pre-made pink flower dress model from Mummy and Auntie Pig's pajamas and much less detailed glasses similar to Granny Wolf's.
